Руководство по интеграции станка для сверления клапанов и станка для нарезания резьбы на клапанах

A Valve Drilling Machine and Valve Tapping Machine should be integrated when the same valve body or brass fitting repeats in meaningful volume and hole-to-thread alignment is a recurring quality concern. Separating drilling and tapping across different machines can work, but every transfer adds handling time, orientation risk, and fixture variation. Integration is valuable when those losses are already visible.

For 2026 production planning, this matters because buyers want stable threads, faster delivery, and less manual sorting. A factory may own enough machines and still lose output because parts wait between drilling, tapping, inspection, and rework. A combined Машина для обработки клапанов can shorten that path.

What Integration Means

Integration does not always mean one large machine. It may mean a Combined Machine Tool with drilling and tapping units around one fixture. It may mean a Multi-Station Machine Tool using a rotary table. It may mean a drilling-tapping module added to a larger Valve Production Machine. The common point is that drilling and tapping are planned as one process.

For brass valve bodies, threaded ports must line up with the functional geometry. If the drilled hole is slightly off, the tap follows the mistake. If chips remain in the hole, tap life drops and thread quality becomes unstable.

A well-designed integrated system controls the datum, drilling sequence, tapping feed, chip removal, and inspection access.

Where Integrated Drilling and Tapping Works Best

This setup fits brass valve bodies, ball valve housings, faucet parts, water valve bodies, and Plumbing Fittings Machine applications where hole patterns repeat. A Multi-Spindle Drilling Head can drill several holes in one cycle if the pattern is stable. Tapping units can then follow with controlled depth and feed.

For high-volume parts, a Rotary Indexing Machine или Transfer Machine may arrange drilling, tapping, chamfering, and unloading around a table. In many stable brass applications, a practical cycle range may be 8–25 секунд на одну штуку, depending on hole count, thread depth, part size, and loading method.

The system is less suitable for changing hole positions, low-volume custom parts, or products still in development. In those cases, a CNC Machining Machine may be slower but easier to adjust.

Technical Points That Decide Success

The first point is rigidity. Drilling and tapping units must stay aligned under load. The second point is chip evacuation. Brass chips are usually easier than steel chips, but they can still pack in blind holes and damage taps. The third point is tap protection. A broken tap inside a valve port can ruin the part and stop production.

Coolant direction, air blow, tool access, and sensor placement should be discussed during design. Do not leave them to commissioning. I have seen good machines lose hours every week because a simple chip path was ignored.

Integration Checklist

Use this checklist before ordering integrated CNC Valve Processing Equipment:

  1. Hole and thread map: Confirm every drilled and tapped feature on the drawing.
  2. Datum strategy: Define how the valve body is located before drilling starts.
  3. Tool sequence: Decide whether chamfering happens before or after tapping.
  4. Chip escape: Show where chips go during drilling and tapping.
  5. Tap protection: Include torque monitoring, depth control, or breakage detection when needed.
  6. Changeover: Confirm what changes for each valve size.
  7. Inspection: Plan thread gauges, plug gauges, or in-process checking.

If the supplier cannot explain these items, the quotation is not mature.

Manual, Semi-Automatic, or Automatic

Manual loading may be enough for medium-volume production. Semi-automatic loading can improve rhythm without making the project too complex. Fully automatic loading is attractive for high-volume lines, but it requires stable blanks and reliable orientation.

Do not buy automatic feeding just to make the line look advanced. If the blank shape varies or the part is oily and hard to orient, feeding problems may erase the benefit. A practical Automatic Valve Processing Machine should reduce operator burden, not create a new station for clearing jams.

Also look at maintenance rhythm. Drills and taps are consumables, and they will be replaced often in real production. If the operator needs to remove guards, loosen several hidden bolts, or call maintenance for every tool change, the integrated system will lose time in small pieces every shift. Easy access is part of good engineering.

Buying Rule

Integrate drilling and tapping when the part is stable, volume is strong, and thread-related defects cost real money. Keep them separate when product mix is wide and changeover speed matters more than cycle time. For many factories, the best first step is to combine drilling, chamfering, and tapping on one reliable fixture before expanding into a full Brass Valve Production Line.

The right integration protects the thread from the moment the hole is made. That is where the quality gain begins.
